At Mind To Mind, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not provide refunds if you wish to return or exchange any portion of your order. All returns/exchanges issues must abide to the following:
- Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item(s), or the item(s) received is faulty.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unscented with all tags attached. Item(s) that is/are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Any item(s) under these conditions will be sent back to the customer.
- You can only change for another product(s) which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the item(s). If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference.
- Item(s) will only be exchanged upon stock availability.
- Buyers will have to bear the cost of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed.
- Please take note that there may be a variance in the color of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Mind To Mind portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
- There could be creases as the items are sent via mail. Returns due to crease will not be processed.
- Mind To Mind is not liable for items that are bought out from any third party. Only returns with correct order id will be attended.
- Any item that was not purchased at full price cannot be returned. This includes both sale and promotional items.

Color
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

How to Order
Ordering online from the Mind To Mind Online Store is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you’ll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total amount purchased so far. You will also be able to see which items are in stock and which items are sold out. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.
International Orders
We don’t provide international orders at the moment.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept direct payment from major bank in Malaysia including Maybank2u, CimbClicks, RHBonline, ALLIANCE Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. You will be redirected to your preferred payment channel when you proceed to check out.
Shipping Online Orders:
At Mind To Mind, most orders ship out from our warehouse one day after payment received. Although most online orders process and deliver within 2 to 3 business days, please allow up to 4 to 5 days for delivery. (Shipping in Malaysia only).
